The Nebraska Housing Developers Association

Established in 1996, the Nebraska Housing Developers Association is a network of more than 70 members working to champion affordable housing.  We believe affordable housing builds healthy, strong communities and strengthens the state's economic vitality.

  • Advocacy efforts have resulted in millions of dollars being restored to the Nebraska Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
  • The Association coordinates Nebraska's homebuyer and tenant education delivery systems working with local organizations that deliver quality education resulting in better-educated consumers.
  • Association members produce more than 500 affordable housing units throughout Nebraska each year.
